While the owners of this bungalow had made many lovely improvements; when it was time to sell, I stepped in to finish up the job. Keeping it crisp and clean, we painted the cabinets, beam, and front panels of the eat at bar. The countertops were replaced, and we installed a new floor using LVT that has the look of concrete but a cushion for tired legs and fee. We used the same flooring in the new bathroom to add continuity. The entire bathroom was replaced and the budget easily met.
