Kitchen’s sell homes, so we needed to make this a desirable space within a budget.

The old refrigerator had leaked and damaged the floors.  We were able to refinish them to match, painted the cabinets, added a cabinet where the old trash compactor had resided, put in new appliances, countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, and topped it off with removing the outdated fluorescent tube lights with recessed lighting trimmed with crown molding.  Fresh paint brightened the space and linked it to the rest of the house.
